Our Course Locations

TFC are based in Manchester however we know time is money and time in the gym is precious!  So we can come to your place if you prefer?

We can run courses in house at your own premises  or we can run them at:

 Manchester Top Team Gym, Ashton

Or

Steroplast headquarters, Sharston

Both subject to availability.
